Land is a precious commodity ("They're not making it anymore.") Our goal is to help our clients make the most of what land they own or acquire. Today, nearly all proposed changes in land use are challenged. Our goal is to turn those challenges into win/win situations. To do that, we work closely with landowners, developers, planning departments, plan commissions, city/county councils, neighborhood groups, environmental groups and others. With more than 60 years of experience in land use and zoning, we know the process and the potential pitfalls. We have been involved with almost every type of development, from large lot, single-family developments, to large farming operations.

We compile data to statistically demonstrate the benefits of rezoning to the tax base, area employment opportunities, existing area businesses and other benefits.
