

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner Marisol Sanchez has been named to the Indianapolis Business Journal's "Forty under 40" feature for 2010.
"Forty under 40" highlights 40 local business and professional leaders who have achieved success and excelled in their field before the age of 40. Recipients demonstrate leadership, initiative and dedication in pursuing their careers, and who are likely to continue to achieve in the future. Most of those honored are involved in business or a related career, but previous "Forty under 40" classes have included people who were successful in a wide variety of pursuits, including politics and professionals sports.
Sanchez is a partner in Bose McKinney & Evans' Litigation, Appellate and White Collar Crime Groups, representing clients in complex civil, criminal business and commercial litigation.
She was a participant of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series and was named a member of the recently formed Indiana University School of Law Latino Alumni Advisory Board. Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Sanchez served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court, Hon. Randall T. Shepard. She has served on the Indiana State Bar Association Board of Governors as the Counsel to the President and co-founded the Latino Affairs Committee of the Indiana State Bar Association.
Sanchez received her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington and her Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico. While in law school, Sanchez was active as the co-executive competition coordinator of the Moot Court Board, and was recognized among the top Best Oralists and Best Briefs. She also served as a legal intern in the Indiana University Student Legal Services and as a member of the Latino Law Student Association.
Residing in Fishers, Sanchez has been named to the Local Rules Advisory Committee for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana. She was also recognized in Indiana Rising Stars (2008, 2009) and is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations.
