

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis-based law firm Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner Joe Calderon has been elected to the United Way of Central Indiana's board as Hamilton County advisor.
Practicing primarily in the areas of real estate transactions, land use and zoning, and property taxation, Calderon is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Group. He has extensive experience with zoning, development, leasing and property tax issues, including property tax appeals and property tax abatements. He has spoken at numerous seminars and written several articles on these topics.
A resident of Fishers, Ind., Calderon has authored and spoken at a number of seminars for the National Business Institute, Lorman Education Services, Inc., the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the International Council of Shopping Centers. His articles have appeared in several publications, including the Indianapolis Business Journal. He earned his bachelor's and law degrees from Indiana University.
Additionally, Calderon is a member of the Indianapolis (Land Use and Zoning Section, past chair) and Indiana State Bar Associations; Marion County Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee; Marion County Sign Regulations Revisions Committee; United Way, Chrysalis Academy, Inc. (Board of Directors) and the Human Services Committee of Hamilton County Advisory Board.
