Swider To Speak At Indiana State Human Resources Conference

Indianapolis, Ind. -- The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner David L. Swider will present "10 Must-Have Employee Policies for Today's Changing Workforce" during the 2008 Indiana Human Resources State Conference from 8:30-9:45 a.m. and 10-11:15 a.m., Aug. 27, at the Westin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis.

In the face of an ever-changing legal environment, there are several employee policies which most all businesses, public or private, corporate or non-profit, should have in place. Swider will present 10 of these must-have policies, including those policies related to Sarbanes-Oxley, wage-hour safe harbors, sexual orientation and gender identity policies, personal conduct and workplace civility protections, and recently enacted updates to leaves involving military personnel and their families.
