

The law firm Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner Daniel Yates has been elected to the St. Vincent Foundation Board.
The St. Vincent Foundation raises funds from grateful patients and their families, corporate and foundation contributors, physicians, nurses and staff, and from the community to benefit St. Vincent Hospital and its patients. The foundation's programs include the pet ministry, newborn intensive care unit and medical research, capital projects, medical equipment and technology. The foundation also provides additional patient care for people who are sick and unable to pay for their care.
Yates is a partner in the Estate and Wealth Transfer Planning Group. He counsels families, business owners, corporate executives and other individuals and businesses to formulate and achieve financial objectives. He provides clients with counsel regarding taxation, probate, philanthropic giving and other estate planning or business succession planning issues.
Yates has practiced law since 1973 and is a Board Certified Indiana Trust & Estate Lawyer, certified by the Trust & Estate Specialty Board and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is involved in various professional, civic and charitable organizations, and has received various awards, both for his professional qualifications and for his commitment to the community. He is a graduate of Indiana University and Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington.
