

The law firm of Bose McKinney and Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner Bryan Babb will serve as a facilitator for an Indianapolis Bar Association Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course.
The CLE course takes place Tuesday, May 15, at the IndyBar Education Center, 135 N. Pennsylvania St., in Indianapolis at 12 p.m. EST.
Babb, along with two other appellate attorneys, will lead a course on appealable orders. This program will help identify reasons for filing appeals, covering discretionary interlocutory appeals, partial final judgments under Trial 54 (B) and non-party appeals. Participants can earn one hour of general and new attorney credit.
Babb is the chair of the Appellate Services Group, and a member of the Litigation Group, assisting clients with a wide variety of complex commercial appellate and litigation matters. He also chairs the firm's Recruiting Committee, and sits on the firm's Diversity Committee. Before joining Bose, he served as a judicial law clerk for Indiana Supreme Court Justice Frank Sullivan, Jr. He obtained his bachelor's degree at the United States Military Academy at West Point, master's degree at Boston University and juris doctorate from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington.
