

The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce Paralegal Julia Kleinschmidt served as chairperson for an Indianapolis Bar (IndyBar) seminar.
As chairperson of the event, Kleinschmidt was responsible for selecting the seminar topic and presenter. The seminar, "Effective Legal Writing: A Roadmap to Success," included a presentation by Shelese Marie Woods, Assistant United States Attorney from the United States Attorney's Office.
Kleinschmidt is a paralegal in the Litigation Group of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. She has worked as a paralegal since 1994. Her experience includes technical medical writing and translation of complex medical issues for legal professionals. She also works closely with clients throughout the duration of the defense of their case, and assists attorneys in analyzing and evaluating medical malpractice cases.
Kleinschmidt prepares discovery requests, responses to discovery and submissions on behalf of physicians and hospitals for the deliberation of Indiana Medical Review Panels. Her experience includes assisting with complex class action cases, pharmaceutical product liability cases, trial preparation, and serving as a trial assistant at counsel table during trial.
