

The law firm of Bose McKinney and Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner Bryan Babb will serve as a program chair for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) Annual Master's Series Conference.
The ICLEF Conference takes place July 19-21, at French Lick Springs Resort and Casino, 8670 West State Road 56, in French Lick, Indiana.
Babb will lead a course regarding advanced appellate practice. This program will include information regarding:
• Appealable orders and final judgment
• The New Court moving forward
• Administrative Rule 9 and your obligations on appeal
• Text Rivers: The new look brief
Participants can earn six hours toward continuing legal education (CLE).
Babb is the chair of the Appellate Services Group, and a member of the Litigation Group, assisting clients with a wide variety of complex commercial appellate and litigation matters. He also chairs the firm's Recruiting Committee, and sits on the firm's Diversity Committee. Before joining Bose, he served as a judicial law clerk for Indiana Supreme Court Justice Frank Sullivan, Jr. He obtained his bachelor's degree at the United States Military Academy at West Point, master's degree at Boston University and juris doctorate from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington.
