The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner Brian Jones will present at the National Business Institute's Property Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Claims seminar on August 9, 2012 at the Capital Conference Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The seminar will educate attendees on tactics and strategies for litigating property coverage and bad faith claims. Jones' speech will focus on avoiding pitfalls in insurance appraisals.

Jones focuses his insurance practice on complex coverage issues concerning life, disability, property and casualty, and professional lines insurance and reinsurance in state and federal courts and in arbitration. Jones was selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers® 2012 list of "Indiana Rising Stars" in the category of business litigation.

Jones received his bachelor's degree, cum laude, in political science and his master's degree in teaching from Trinity University, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa. Jones graduated from the University of Texas Law School. Jones is licensed to practice in Indiana and Texas.
