

The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that Michael Bartol has been appointed chair of the Intellectual Property Group. He has a wide variety of experience in technical specialties, including biosensors and other medical devices, computer assisted surgery, engines, transmissions, orthopedic implants, chemical compositions, small molecules, injection and extrusion molding and many others. In addition to patent litigation and prosecution, Bartol assists clients with trade secret, trademark and copyright matters.
Bartol earned his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He received his juris doctorate, summa cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.
The Bose McKinney & Evans Intellectual Property Group recently expanded to nine attorneys, six of whom are registered patent attorneys with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
