YATES ELECTED TO EITELJORG COMMITTEE

Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner C. Daniel Yates been re-elected as a board member of the Eiteljorg Museum and elected to its Executive Committee.

The Eiteljorg Museum is the only museum of its kind in the Midwest, and one of only two museums east of the Mississippi that showcase both Native American and Western art, culture and history.

Yates is admitted to practice in all Indiana courts; U.S. Federal District Court Southern Division; 7th Circuit Court of Appeals; and the U.S. Tax Court. Additionally, he is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He is certified as an Indiana Estate Planning and Administration Specialist by the Estate Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board of Indiana.

A resident of Indianapolis, Yates is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis, National Committee on Planned Giving, Planned Giving Council of Indianapolis and Phi Alpha Delta.

Yates is a member of the Boards of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, St. Vincent Foundation, Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Central Indiana Community Foundation, Indianapolis Zoo Advisory Board and Legacy Fund. He earned his bachelor’s, master’s and law degrees at Indiana University – Bloomington and is a recipient of the IU School of Law Distinguished Service Award.
