GROTH TO SPEAK ON INSURANCE LAW

Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that
Steven Groth will be
one of three speakers at the “Insurance Law From A to Z” seminar from 9:30-4:40
p.m., July 13, at the Capital Conference Center, 201 N. Illinois St., Suite 200,
Indianapolis. The other speakers will be Shannon D. Bogard, of Riley Bennett &
Egloff, LLP, and Richard K Shoultz of Lewis Wagner, LLP.
Presented by the National Business Institute, Groth, Bogard, and Shoultz will
present information on strategic tips and tactics to handling insurance claim
conflicts and mediation/arbitration issues.
This basic to intermediate level program will provide attorneys with solid,
foundational information related to insurance coverage issues and claims. It may
also benefit in-house counsel and other insurance professionals. This course has
been approved by the Commission on Continuing Legal Education for the state of
Indiana and qualifies for Professional Achievement in Continuing Education. For

Practicing in the firm’s Litigation Group, Groth joined Bose McKinney & Evans in
1999 and concentrates his practice in the areas of
insurance defense
and commercial
litigation. He received his undergraduate education from the University of
Illinois and his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Groth is
also a former member of the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps and is a
Certified Public Accountant.
A resident of Zionsville, he is a member of the State of Indiana Supreme Court
Bar, Indiana State Bar Association, State of Illinois Supreme Court Bar, Defense
Research Institute, Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, the Trucking Industry
Defense Association, the United States District Courts for the Northern and
Southern Districts of Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed
Forces and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. He is
chairman of the Litigation Section Executive Committee of the Indianapolis Bar
Association and serves on the Indiana Leadership Forum.
