Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce
that Jodie Schurtter
has joined the firm as an attorney in the
Real Estate Group.
Schurtter has served as counsel for a wide range of transactions involving the planning, financing, acquisition, development, and leasing of real estate projects. She is experienced with construction, permanent and tax credit financing of projects. Schurtter represents developers in acquiring and constructing apartment communities, and retail, industrial, and office space. Additionally, she has assisted businesses with formation and general business matters. A resident of Greenwood, Ind., Schurtter earned her bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her law degree from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana.
