Swider will present a breakout session at the 43rd Annual Human Resource

In the third record-breaking year in a row, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) collected $51.5 million for “victims” of bias in 2006. Swider’s breakout session will focus on recent affirmative action developments and their financial impact on employers, including the OFCCP’s new compensation discrimination regulations and self-evaluation guidelines. The goal of the discussion will be to assist employers in preventing compensation discrimination findings by the OFCCP, the EEOC, and the courts.
