Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce
that Justin Leverton
has joined the firm as an associate in the
Business Services
Group.
In this role, Leverton provides services in connection with business and commercial lending transactions. A resident of Indianapolis, Leverton practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate finance and securities, and state and federal tax litigation. Leverton received his bachelor’s degree with honors in economics and public accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University and his law degree summa cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. He is the author of “Bubble Mania,” an
econometric analysis of the technology stock market bubble in the late
1990s. While serving on the Indiana Law Review, he drafted his note on the
Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and its effect on the accounting field. Leverton
is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American bar
associations. |
