Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce
that partner Natalie
Stucky has been re-elected to a three-year term to the American College
of Mortgage Attorneys’ Board of Regents.
The American College of Mortgage Attorneys was formed in 1974 by a group of lawyers seeking to establish and maintain an integrated group of lawyers from each state who are highly skilled and experienced in the preparation of real estate mortgages, lending transactions secured by real estate and related practice. The College seeks to improve and reform laws and procedures affecting real estate secured transactions and to raise the level of professional responsibility of lawyers practicing in this area. As a member of both the Real Estate and Capital Strategies Groups at Bose McKinney & Evans, Stucky concentrates her practice in real estate and lending and has substantial experience with a variety of commercial transactions, including real estate sales and acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, leasing, multi-state and off-shore financing, construction, permanent and asset-based financing, and loan modifications, restructurings and refinancings. Stucky also has experience dealing with
environmental issues relating to real estate transfers and financings
including underground storage tank regulations and the Indiana Responsible
Property Transfer Law. She is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State
and American Bar Associations. Stucky received her bachelor of arts and law
degrees from Indiana University – Bloomington. She also attended Universidad
Complutense de Madrid in Madrid, Spain. |
