News Release

A resident of Indianapolis, Welch worked as a summer associate at Bose McKinney & Evans in 2006. She earned her bachelor of arts degree and law degree from the University of Notre Dame. She is a graduate of Lawrence North High School where she was valedictorian and a National Merit finalist.

While in law school, Welch was a Peter Lardy Scholar recipient, a notes editor for Journal of Legislation, assistant rector for Lewis Hall and a member of the University Women’s Liturgical Choir.
