SWIDER TO SPEAK AT PLAYACAR PALACE IN MEXICO

Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner David L. Swider will present "Hot Topics in Employment Law: Sex, Lies & Videotapes" during the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum's (ICLEF) 2008 Out of Country Trip at the Playacar Palace in Playa del Carmen, Mexico from Feb. 11-15, 2008.

Continuing legal education begins at 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Feb. 12-14. Twelve continuing legal education hours are available on the trip. ICLEF serves the continuing legal education needs of the Indiana Bar Association. To register or for more information visit www.iclef.org.

A native of Lowell, Ind., and resident of Lawrence, Ind., Swider chairs Bose McKinney & Evans' Labor and Employment Law Group. He represents management in labor and employment law matters, including managerial preventive counseling, governmental agency charges and compliance reviews, labor/management negotiations and disputes, and employment-related litigation.

Swider is a frequent speaker and has written numerous articles on a variety of labor and employment law topics. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations. Additionally, Swider received his bachelor of science and law degrees magna cum laude from Indiana University.
