MACALUSO ELECTED PARTNER AT BOSE MCKINNEY & EVANS

Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that Matt Macaluso has been elected a partner.

Macaluso is a member of the firm's Business Services Group. He advises banks, emerging growth companies and other businesses regarding regulatory and transactional matters. He earned his law degree cum laude at the Valparaiso University School of Law. Macaluso holds a bachelor of science degree in management from Purdue University. He previously served as an adjunct professor at the Valparaiso University College of Business Administration, teaching a class on business law. Macaluso is an active civic leader including serving as chairman of the Best Buddies Indiana Advisory Board from 2003-2007.

Macaluso clerked at a law firm in Portage, Ind. for three years, served as an extern at NASD Dispute Resolution Inc. in Chicago, Ill., and participated in various other internships related to law, including a summer associate position with Bose McKinney & Evans. Originally from Kokomo, he is a graduate of Northwestern High School in Kokomo and resides in Indianapolis.
