HART NAMED PRESIDENT OF FEDERAL BAR ASSOCIATION

The Indianapolis-based law firm Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner Kathleen Hart has succeeded to president of the Federal Bar Association, Indianapolis Chapter for 2008-2009. Previously she has served as secretary and vice president.

For more than 80 years, the Federal Bar Association has been the professional organization for private and government lawyers and judges involved in federal practice.

Hart is a partner in Bose McKinney & Evans’ Litigation Group and handles a variety of commercial and business disputes, including contract, non-compete, trade secret, banking, mortgage, insurance, tort, real estate, fraud, and employment litigation matters. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in several commercial cases involving temporary restraining orders and injunctive relief.

A resident of Carmel, Hart earned her law degree from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.
