Indianapolis, Ind. -- The Indianapolis-based law firm of

Pennsylvania. He practices in the areas of litigation,
constitutional/civil rights law, entertainment law,
appellate law, and professional responsibility/disciplinary
law. A former chair of the firm's Litigation Group, Elberger
currently serves as chair of the firm's Entertainment Group.
Elberger
has been a practicing attorney since 1969, a member of the
firm since 1972 and a partner since 1981. He is a member of
the Maryland, District of Columbia, Indiana State,
Indianapolis and American bar associations. Elberger was the
top vote-getter in the 2004 Indiana Super Lawyers Survey,
and was listed in the Indianapolis Business Journal's
2002 list of "Who's Who
in Law," and in "Who's Who in American Law." He is a Fellow
of the Indiana Bar Foundation and of the Indianapolis Bar
Foundation and a Distinguished Advisor of the
