BAR ASSOCIATION PANEL


Indianapolis, Ind. – The Indianapolis-based law firm Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that Steven Groth, along with Judge Cynthia Ayres and attorney Bill Winingham, will co-present a panel discussion titled "Developing Powerful Trial Graphics" from noon to 1 p.m., March 12, at the Indianapolis Bar Association Education Center, 107 N. Pennsylvania St., Suite 200, in Indianapolis.

The panel discussion will be with members of the bench and bar featuring tips and options for creating trial exhibits with impact, as well as laying the proper foundation for the admissibility of graphic exhibits.

Practicing in the firm's Litigation Group, Groth joined Bose McKinney & Evans in 1999 and concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation. He received his undergraduate education from the University of Illinois and his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Groth is also a former member of the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps and is a Certified Public Accountant.

A resident of Zionsville, he is a member of the State of Indiana Supreme Court Bar, Indiana State Bar Association, State of Illinois Supreme Court Bar, Defense Research Institute, Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, the Trucking Industry Defense Association, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. He is chairman of the Litigation Section Executive Committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association and is an alumni of the Indiana Leadership Forum.
