Profile

Ms. Allgood is a registered paralegal in the firm's Litigation Group and Construction Law Group. She is the family law paralegal in the Litigation Group, assisting Timothy O'Hara with high profile and complex dissolution of marriage, post-dissolution, guardianships, adoptions, paternity and other family law matters. Ms. Allgood assists the Construction Law Group with AIA Contracts, mechanic's liens and construction litigation matters. She brings over 30 years of legal experience to Bose McKinney & Evans. She graduated  summa cum laude from Indiana Wesleyan University.  Ms. Allgood is the chair of Paralegal Section of the Defense Trial Council of Indiana.
