Deborah Binkley is a PACE Registered paralegal in the Litigation Group of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Ms. Binkley focuses on medical malpractice defense, assisting attorneys in the representation of physicians, hospitals and nursing homes throughout the State of Indiana. Ms. Binkley is skilled in analyzing, organizing and interpreting medical records and reports; assisting with investigations, witness preparation and interviews; preparation of all aspects of discovery; expert identification and development; preparing Indiana Medical Review Panel submissions; and preparation for and assistance at trial.

In addition, Ms. Binkley's duties have included the identification and monitoring of Federal Grand Jury investigations, assisting in corporate securities fraud casework and serving as assistant to bankruptcy examiners. She has personal injury, products liability and anti-trust litigation experience, along with extensive experience in court serving as a trial assistant.
