Jeff Bailey is a partner in the Business Services and Public Offerings and Securities Regulation Groups, assisting clients with corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, periodic reporting, securities issuances and corporate financing matters. He represents financial institutions and businesses, both public and private, in numerous types of transactions in both primary and secondary financings, acquisitions, dispositions, securitizations, ESOP transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities, as well as general corporate law matters. He also has represented registered investment companies, investment advisors and broker/dealers. Mr. Bailey has represented insurance companies in connection with various regulatory matters, including changes in control proceedings, related party transactions, insurers subject to orders of supervision, insurers subject to rehabilitation proceedings, organization of newly formed insurance companies and admission in foreign jurisdiction.  Mr. Bailey is former branch chief with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana.
