Roberts E. Inveiss

Profile

Rob Inveiss is a partner in the Business Services and Sports, Entertainment and Media Groups. He assists clients with general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, licensing, distribution and other business agreements, business formation and protection of intellectual property assets. He counsels business clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, food processing, technology and life sciences. He also has represented private equity firms in negotiating and structuring investments in emerging and growth businesses. Mr. Inveiss is an active member of the Latvian community in Indianapolis, and speaks fluent Latvian. He is also a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations as well as the Venture Club of Indiana and the Indiana Bar Foundation.
