Profile

Bob Wildman is of counsel to the Business Services Group, the Venture Capital and Private Equity Group and the Real Estate Group. Mr. Wildman assists clients with general corporate and financing transactions, business acquisitions, real estate development and zoning matters. Mr. Wildman serves as in-house counsel for the Greg Allen Companies in Greenwood, Indiana. The Greg Allen Companies develop commercial and residential real estate projects in the Indianapolis area and also build homes through its three home building divisions. Mr. Wildman also serves as a member of the investment committee of Cambridge Ventures, LLC.
