Eugene L. Henderson

Gene Henderson is of counsel to the Business Services Group. Mr. Henderson has been a practicing attorney for more than 50 years. His experience encompasses the areas of mergers and acquisitions, insurance law, corporate law and entrepreneurial business law. He has had extensive experience in venture capital transactions, including private placements and IPOs. Formerly, Mr. Henderson was the founder of Henderson Daily Withrow & DeVoe, a prestigious Indianapolis law firm, founded in 1965. During his career, Mr. Henderson has been a general partner and investor in a real estate investment limited partnership, the director of a New York Stock Exchange company, a director and officer of two NASDAQ companies, and an officer, director or advisor to numerous other public and private companies. Most recently, he has served as counsel and a director of Suros Surigcal Systems, a medical device manufacturer, Franklin College and Elba and Gene Branigin Foundation. In addition, Mr. Henderson has been involved in various professional, civic and charitable organizations and has received several awards recognizing his professional and personal achievements.
