Joseph D. Calderon

Profile

Joe Calderon is a partner in the Real Estate Group, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate transactions, land use and zoning, and property taxation. He has extensive experience with zoning, development, leasing and property tax issues, including property tax appeals and property tax abatements. Mr. Calderon has spoken at numerous seminars and written several articles on these topics. He is a certified Level I and II assessor/appraiser.

Mr. Calderon has authored and spoken at a number of seminars for the National Business Institute, Lorman Education Services, Inc., the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. His articles have appeared in several publications, including the Indianapolis Business Journal.
