Joe Calderon is a partner in the Real Estate Group, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate transactions, land use and zoning, and property taxation.  He has assisted real estate developers, business owners, individuals, not-for-profits and governmental agencies with their real estate needs by providing a wide variety of services to them.  He has more than 20 years experience with zoning, development, leasing and property tax issues, including property tax appeals and property tax abatements, having handled hundreds of zoning cases, property tax assessment appeals and real estate transactions. Mr. Calderon has spoken at numerous seminars and written several articles on these topics. He is also a state-certified Level I and II assessor/appraiser.

Mr. Calderon has authored and spoken at a number of seminars for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, the National Business Institute, Lorman Education Services, Inc., the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers, including ICLEF's Annual Real Estate Institute, the ICSC Annual National Law Conference and the ICSC Indiana Idea Exchange. His articles have appeared in several publications, including the Indianapolis Business Journal.
