Kelly M. Scanlan

Profile

Kelly Scanlan is an associate in the firm's Litigation Group, representing clients in a variety of commercial matters including personal injury defense, defense of transportation claims, defense of healthcare providers, and litigation for financial institutions. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 2005 where she was a member of the Indiana Law Review and served on the Board of the Dean's Tutorial Society. Ms. Scanlan received her B.S.N. from the Indiana University School of Nursing - Indianapolis in 1997 where she was a recipient of a Minority Achievement Scholarship. Ms. Scanlan worked as a registered nurse for over seven years before obtaining her law degree, and she has nursing experience in several areas including pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and home health care. In her current legal practice, she represents long term care facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Ms. Scanlan is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana.
