Jodie L. Schurtter

Jodie Schurtter is an attorney with the firm’s Real Estate Group where she represents clients in a wide variety of real estate issues including planning, financing, acquisition, development and leasing along with general business matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schurtter worked as an associate for Duke Realty Corporation representing and managing two expanding corporate markets. She earned her  juris doctorate, cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1999 where she was on the Dean’s Tutorial Society and secretary for Phi Delta Phi. She received her bachelor of arts in psychology, summa cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1992 where she was a Presidential Scholar, Psi Chi, Phi Beta Kappa, recognized in “Who’s Who in American Colleges & Universities”, a senator in the student government and president of Phi Sigma Sigma. Ms. Schurtter is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana.
