Katherine N. Welch Rarick
Profile
Katie Rarick is an associate in the Litigation and Creditors' Rights groups at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Her litigation practice includes representation of clients in commercial landlord/tenant disputes, personal injury cases, and contract disputes, as well as in insurance defense, banking, and creditors' rights. Ms. Rarick also has experience representing clients in medical malpractice defense, and in leasing, financing land sales, acquisition and development. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a clerk under Judge David J. Dreyer of the Marion County Superior Court, and as a summer associate for Bose McKinney & Evans. She received her law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2007 where she was a Peter Lardy Scholar and Notes Editor of the Journal of Legislation. Ms. Rarick pursued the Arts and Letters premedical curriculum and earned her bachelor of arts in English, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2004. She was involved in the Notre Dame and South Bend communities as a biology teaching assistant, a class council representative, a member of the Pasquerilla East Musical Company, and a volunteer at the St. Joseph County Hospital Healthy Family Center. Ms. Rarick is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana.

Ms. Rarick serves as the main speaker at the Notre Dame Club of Indianapolis Freshman Send-off event (2008-2011). She also was featured as the member profile in the September 2008 edition of the quarterly IndyCREW Crewsletter.
