Theresa Kearney is a paralegal with the Litigation and Appellate Groups. As part of the Litigation Group, Ms. Kearney assists attorneys in all areas of litigation from the initial case investigation through trial including commercial and personal injury litigation and long-term care and medical malpractice defense. She assists the Appellate Law Group in the coordination, assembly and preparation of records and transcripts required for briefing and the preparation of various motions at the appellate level. Ms. Kearney has more than 40 years experience in law and has been with the firm for more than 20 years.
