Patricia A. Power

Profile

Patricia Power is of counsel with Bose McKinney & Evans.  Ms. Power represents clients, including local government, Indian Tribes, energy developers and corporations before Congress and federal regulatory agencies regarding a wide range of legislative and regulatory issues. She has a particular passion for environmental, energy, climate and infrastructure issues and her focus is on ecosystem restoration and water infrastucture projects.

Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans and Bose Public Affairs Group, Power worked for more than 12 years with a Washington, DC government relations firm.  She also served two years in the Office of Senator John Heinz (R-PA) as a legislative assistant for environmental and energy issues.  In addition, Power worked for the US Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Water and Office of Legislation as an attorney-advisor, drafting legislation and regulations affecting the Clean Air Water Act implementation and toxic tort studies required under Superfund, as well as a consultant to EPA on solid and hazardous waste regulations.

Power is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Washington, DC.
