Ashleigh Hall is an associate in the Business Services Group, Tax Group and International Group of Bose McKinney & Evans. Ms. Hall represents clients in domestic and international business transactions, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, sustainability issues, and business formations, including operating as women- or minority-owned businesses. As a member of the Tax Group, she assists clients in property tax issues, including disputes and tax planning, as well as in charitable use exemptions, pollution control exemptions and appeals. She served as a law clerk for Firestone Diversified Products, gaining experience in drafting and negotiating agreements, preserving brand integrity through trademark law, and monitoring legislation impacting diverse business activities. Ms. Hall also worked as a summer associate for Bose McKinney & Evans. She is a magna cum laude graduate from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. Ms. Hall served as executive articles editor of the Indiana Law Review and as a barrister and night justice for the Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition. Also while in law school, she participated in the Central and Eastern European Law Program.  Ms. Hall is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana.
