Andrew E. Harwel

Andrew Harwel is an associate in the Bose McKinney & Evans Business Services Group. Mr. Harwel has experience working in the Chicago office of a large international law firm, representing clients in the manufacturing, insurance, banking, gaming and real estate industries. He has assisted Fortune 100 companies and smaller enterprises in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, SEC compliance, general corporate governance and corporate restructuring. In addition, Mr. Harwel represents issuers and underwriters in connection with public and Rule 144A offerings of debt and equity securities and exchange offers and consent solicitations.

Mr. Harwel earned his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He received his bachelor of arts degree, with high honors, from the University of Michigan, where he majored in economics.

Mr. Harwel is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana.
