Jonathan A. Bont

Profile

Jonathan Bont is an associate in the Labor and Employment Group of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Mr. Bont represents clients in affirmative action issues, policy development, discrimination and wage claims, management training, and compliance with the FMLA, ADA, FSLA, ERISA, COBRA and other federal statutes. Mr. Bont served as a judicial law clerk for U.S. District Judge Larry J. McKinney and as a judicial extern for U.S. District Judge William T. Lawrence, both of the Southern District of Indiana. During law school, Mr. Bont was a legal intern at Rolls-Royce North America and a law clerk at two local firms. He also argued a case before the Indiana Supreme Court as part of his law school's appellate clinic. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis and from Taylor University, where he was a varsity baseball player.
