Profile
Andrew McNeil is a partner in the Labor and Employment, Litigation and Appellate Groups. Andrew’s principal focus is litigating and trying disputes arising out of the employment, or similar, relationship. This includes discrimination claims, covenants not to compete and trade secret cases, duty of loyalty matters, wage and contract disputes and related matters. He has tried numerous cases before state and federal juries and judges, administrative law judges for the National Labor Relations Board, and administrative hearing officers. His litigation experience also includes environmental, antitrust, products liability, insurance, and general business cases. He is admitted to practice in the Indiana state courts, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth, and Seventh Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
