Mr. Millspaugh is a partner in the Business Services Group of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP.  His practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, product supply and distribution, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Millspaugh chairs the Entrepreneurial Services subgroup of the Business Services Group.
