Benefits Specialist
Responsibilities for this position will include the administration and coordination of all firm benefits, including the retirement plan. Bachelor's degree or higher, plus seven years of benefits administration experience or associate's degree or equivalent education plus 10 years of benefits administration experience.
Five years of full-time law firm administration/human resources experience preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and relevant Internal Revenue Code provisions.
HRIS (PerfectSoft) software expertise.
