Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval for payment; processing all check requests; initiating online banking, outgoing ACH and wires; entering credit card transactions and reconciling firm credit cards; calculating Of Counsel compensation; reconciling bank statements; maintaining vendor files; responding to attorney, staff and vendor inquires; performing duties related to month-end accounts payable; compiling data and processing 1099 forms annually; preparing and posting daily bank deposit; monitoring and reconciling petty cash and preparing and distributing various general ledger reports.
