Regulatory and Transactions

At Bose we advise insurance companies, reinsurance companies and other non-insurance company clients on a wide range of insurance regulatory matters. For example, we regularly work with our clients on approvals and filings concerning product and rate development, defending examinations and enforcement actions, and in other administrative rule-making and adjudicatory proceedings involving all lines of insurance. We also attend, monitor and advise clients on emerging developments at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and the National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL).
