The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce associate Nathan T. Danielson will serve as faculty for the National Business Institute seminar, “Real Property Foreclosure – A Step-by-Step Workshop,” which takes place Tuesday, Dec.18, at 9 a.m. EST.
Danielson will present regarding the real property foreclosure process and contribute to a discussion of ethics in foreclosure. Participants will receive detailed information relating to the pre-foreclosure process, the foreclosure sale and the post foreclosure process, including materials prepared by Danielson.
Danielson is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group. He represents clients in matters involving loan workouts, with a focus on collection, foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. His clients include banks, insurance companies, special servicers and other commercial and financial institutions dealing with problem loans.
He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Carnegie Mellon University. He is admitted to practice in California and Indiana.
