 Pinkus is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group of Bose McKinney & Evans as well as a member of the firm’s Litigation and the Sports, Entertainment and Media Groups. He assists clients with a broad range of disputes and transactions involving intellectual property, entertainment, and other complex business arrangements.
A 1965 graduate of Butler University, Pinkus received his juris doctorate degree from Harvard University Law School in 1968. He is a recipient of the American Bar Association Silver Gavel Award, which recognizes those working with communications media that have been exemplary in helping to foster the American public’s understanding of the law and the legal system. Pinkus also has been listed for more than 10 years in The Best Lawyers in America® (biotechnology, entertainment, and technology).
