His presentation, “Should Your Company Drop Health Insurance Coverage Completely?,” will take place on May 8.
During the presentation, Hamilton will discuss how leaders of small organizations should prepare for changes in healthcare insurance laws. In particular, Hamilton’s presentation will focus on businesses that employ less than 100 workers. The Human Resources Conference & Expo is expected to attract hundreds of human resource professionals, chief executive officers, chief financial officers, controllers, benefits managers and office administrators.
Hamilton, a partner in the firm’s Business Services and Tax Groups, advises clients on health and welfare arrangements, insurance, executive compensation and taxation. His experience in federal and state law, as well as taxes, has helped numerous business owners, including employers of small businesses and nonprofits.
