The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce partner Paul D. Vink will serve a speaker for the Indianapolis Bar Association’s new litigation skills series, “Direct and Cross Exam,” which takes place Wednesday, April 10, at 12 p.m. EST.
Vink’s presentation will include how to elicit information important to your case and the art of examining witnesses in various trial settings.
Paul Vink is a partner in the Litigation Group, assisting clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court. He has broad experience in disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder actions, director and officer liability claims, litigation involving municipalities or other political subdivisions, franchise claims, and real estate litigation. He has also handled several bench and jury trials, as well as arbitrations (FINRA, AAA, and AHLA), on behalf of clients involving these, and similar, claims. In addition, Vink is a member of the Appellate Group, successfully handling numerous appeals involving business disputes before the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court.
Vink graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law – Indianapolis, and received a B.A. cum laude from Northwestern College.
