The law firm Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce partner J. Gregory Shelley will serve as a presenter at the Annual Indiana Law Survey presented by the Alumni Association of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Shelley’s presentation will cover new Indiana legislation and case law of interest to practitioners in the areas of probate, wills, trusts, guardianships and death taxes. The survey takes place September 17-18, at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Avenue, in Indianapolis.
Other topics covered include social networking, contracts and banking, elder law, confidentiality of documents, family and juvenile law, real property, insurance, torts, state and federal taxes, civil and criminal evidence, criminal law, bankruptcy and ethics. Attendees can earn 12 continuing legal education hours and one ethics hour.
Shelley is a partner with Bose McKinney & Evans and a member of the Estate and Wealth Transfer Planning Group and the Business Services Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning, trust and estate administration, will contests and trust disputes, guardianships, business succession planning and general business transactions. He also regularly represents corporate fiduciaries in trust and estate matters. Shelley is a Board Certified Indiana Trust & Estate Lawyer, certified by the Trust & Estate Specialty Board.
