The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce the addition of associate Adam J. Kline to the Agribusiness Group, the Estate and Wealth Transfer Group and the Real Estate Group.
At Bose McKinney & Evans, Kline focuses on legal issues related to family-owned farms and other agriculture related businesses. He works with clients to establish estate planning strategies for individuals and corporate succession planning for closely held businesses. He also assists clients with choice of entity, contract reviews, acquisitions, advising entrepreneurial business ventures, business tax planning, leases and property transfers.
His experience in agriculture and agribusiness began when he was a child on his family-owned farm. Kline continues to assist his family’s business, which today includes farming operations in Indiana, Mississippi and South America.
Kline received his juris doctorate from University of Cincinnati College of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics from Purdue University. During college, Kline served as an intern for U.S. Senator Richard Lugar and served as Governor Mitch Daniels’ agricultural coalition liaison. He is proficient in Portuguese.
