The law firm Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce partner Kathleen G. Lucas will serve as a presenter at an upcoming continuing legal education (CLE) conference held by the National Association of Administrative Law Judges.
The conference will be held on Friday, October 11, in the Senate Chambers of the Indiana Statehouse, 200 W. Washington Street. Lucas’s presentation on AOPA will take place from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET.
The presentation will include information on the following topics:
- Comparison of permitting and enforcement cases
- Status determinations, mediation and other opportunities for resolution
- Statutory changes in service and summary judgments
- Pitfalls on judicial review
- Developing issues affecting administrative law judges
Lucas is a partner in the Environmental Law and Administrative Law groups of Bose McKinney & Evans. Her practice is concentrated in environmental law, administrative law and general representation before state and federal agencies.
Throughout her career, Lucas has received numerous accolades including having been named to Best Lawyer’s for many years running, the Best Lawyer’s 2014 Indianapolis Administrative / Regulatory Law Lawyer of the Year, the 2012 Antoinette Dakin Leach Award presented by the Indianapolis Bar Association and the 2008 Indianapolis Business Journal’s Women of Influence award.
