The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Nathan Danielson has been elected partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2014.

Danielson is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group and Financial Institutions Group. He represents clients in a variety of areas with a primary focus on loan workouts as well as collection, foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. His clients include businesses, banks, insurance companies, special servicers, and other commercial and financial institutions.
He volunteers his time to Down Syndrome Indiana and serves as a member of the Carnegie Mellon Admission Council. He is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Indianapolis Bar Association.
Danielson is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minor in environmental engineering, with University Honors, from Carnegie Mellon University. He is admitted to practice in California and Indiana.
